As is known, foreigners who want to stay in our country with a rental agreement are required to submit a notarized copy of the rental agreement in their residence permit applications.

As of 15/02/2022 for residence permit applications;

Rental agreements will be required to be notarized by the lessor, not by the foreign national who wishes to obtain a residence permit, and to include the identity information in the contract sample. A copy of the rental agreement approved by the notary public will be submitted by the foreigner during the residence application along with other documents.
